TERMS & CONDITIONS

Return Policy

  • All sales are final. Our products are custom-made to order, ensuring minimal waste and supporting our commitment to sustainability. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
  • If your product is damaged or has a production defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include proof, such as photographs, to process your claim.
  • Claims for damages must be accompanied by the original packaging.

Shipping & Processing Time

  • Shipping timelines are listed on each product page.
  • Domestic orders primarily ship via USPS Ground Advantage. For certain orders, we may use UPS or DHL based on size, destination, or other logistics considerations.
  • International orders ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on the most efficient and reliable method for the destination.
  • Expedited and combined shipping are unavailable, ensuring all orders are processed individually with care.
  • We are not liable for stolen packages marked as delivered. For such cases, contact your local shipping carrier for further assistance.
  • Domestic orders generally arrive within 4 -7 business days once shipped. Processing times may vary during peak seasons.

Confirmation Emails

  • Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include your order details.
  • Once your order has shipped, a second email will be sent containing tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.
  • If you haven’t received either email, check your spam or junk folder.
  • If you entered the wrong email address, please email the correct information to customerservice@reallyfromafrica.com, including your order number and last name, and we’ll resend your confirmation.

International Orders

  • Customs taxes and import duties are billed directly to the customer once the package arrives in the destination country. Please check with your local customs office for details.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
